About the Benefits

Class Act Management offers an excellent selection of benefits for regular, full-time employees. This Employee Benefits Website is designed to familiarize you with the benefits that are available. Benefits are a significant part of your total compensation package. It is important to be aware of the benefits and the value they represent.

Eligibility

Certified Managers, 18 years of age and older, working 30 hours and their eligible dependents may participate in the Class Act Management Benefits Program following their waiting period.

Generally, for the purpose of the Class Act Management Benefits Program, dependents are defined as: − Legal Spouse − Dependent “child” up to age 26 (Child means the employee’s natural child or adopted child and any other child as defined in the certificate of coverage) − Your disabled children of any age

If you and your spouse are both employees of the company, dependent children can only be covered under either your coverage or your spouse’s coverage, but not under both.

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and to review which dependents you will be covering during the new plan year. All changes you request will take effect January 1, 2025.

Enrollment Deadline: Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

  • Note: If you do not make an election during the annual open enrollment period or when you first become eligible, and don’t experience a qualifying event, you will have to wait until the next annual open enrollment period to enroll, which is every January 1st
